"CareScape, Inc. is proud to present the 3rd annual Dandelion Golf Classic! This year’s festivities will take place at the beautiful Tuscany Falls facility at the Pebble Creek Golf Resort in the west valley. The course presently consists of 27 holes, with tournament play on the Falls & Palms nines, which are the original 18 holes. We are excited to have the opportunity to raise funds once again for Raising Special Kids and hope to surpass our charitable contribution of $36,000 raised in our 2nd annual event in 2008."

Format: Shotgun Start / Four person scramble / Two flights
Prizes Awarded for : 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th & 5th Place for each flight
On Course Competitions: Long drives, closest to pins, hole-in-ones, straightest drive, longest putt

Golfers will receive:
18 Holes of golf with cart, range balls,
Golf Shirt, Breakfast, Lunch,
Player tee prize bag,
One drink ticket, One Door prize ticket *

*Additional door prize tickets may be purchased on Tournament day

Directions: Traveling Westbound on I-10, Exit at Pebble Creek Parkway. Turn right (north) onto Pebble Creek Parkway, Turn left (west) on Clubhouse Drive (Clubhouse Drive is about ¼ mile from Indian School Rd., if you reach Indian School, you have gone too far north). Stay in the left lane and stop at the guard house for a pass. The guard will direct you to the golf course.
